Shipping general policy:
I will ship all items UPS, *USPS, or USPS Priority Mail for smaller pieces. All items are sent insured and with delivery confirmation. All items are carefully wrapped and prepared for shipment. When checking out, the shipping prices are estimates, depending on destination, and can be adjusted on a case by case basis. Most purchases are shipped within 3-5 business days.
I only ship within the continental US; however, I will also ship smaller pieces to APO addresses. For APO addresses, please contact prior to purchase to see if the size and dimension can ship to APO.

Please keep in mind that these are all one-of-a-kind items and refunds or exchanges will not be honored. Art pieces are well-documented and photos are available on site. If in question, please contact me prior to purchase. I try to be very explicit in my description of each item so that you will have enough knowledge to determine if you'd like to place an order. I also have several views of each item so you can see exactly what you are getting.
I do not accept returns on custom made items — large or small.
In the case of damage: All shipping will be insured. Smaller pieces will be shipped USPS Priority Mail with $50 automatic insurance. If an item is greater than $50 value, insurance will be included into shipping costs. If the item arrives to you damaged, for example a tile falls off, please contact me and I will offer the best way to repair it. In general, in the case of damage during shipping please contact the shipping company. I will help as much as I can to locate lost items but I am not responsible for replacement. If an item is damaged beyond repair due to shipping issues, after settlement with said shipping company, USPS, Independent or UPS, I will work with you to repair, resend or refund minus the S&H handling fee. I want you to be totally happy with your custom creation and I realize that through shipping, errors can happen. That is why I insist on insurance and I am willing to work with the buyer to replace or repair damaged pieces caused by shipping companies.
